3BR Tropical Pererenan Villa with Ricefield View

I felt scammed as the property management company did not make it clear that the villa is not accessible even by a small 4-wheel vehicle like an Avanza. Either you use a bike or walk to access the villa.

The host who works for a property management company that managed the villa we booked for 3 nights withheld information that the villa is not accessible even with a small car (Toyota Avanza). The road leading to the villa is a very narrow muddy dirt road with one side a rice field and the other side a fence/wall. The dirt road is so narrow that the small car we rented could not access the entrance/parking either by going front-wise or by backing up without risking the vehicle from falling into the rice paddy. We have been in contact with the host several days before check-in date yet the host did not inform us about the very narrow road. Common sense says that 6 guests will arrive in a 4-wheel vehicle. When contacted, initially the host said she was not aware of the narrow road, but eventually admitted she had actually visited the villa. Also, the swimming pool's water is greenish. The host said they checked the venue on the day of the check-in, noticed the green water in the pool, and could not do anything about it. I told the host that the villa was booked weeks ago and should have been checked for deficiencies a long time ago. Due to the inaccessibility of the villa and the dirty pool. We had no choice but to move to another accommodation as we could not access the villa. We lost money on the villa rental. Finally, the property management informed us on the day of the check-in that we have to provide a security deposit for breakage. I asked how come the matter about the security deposit only came up on the day of the check-in. I explained that I have no issues regarding security deposits. But I feel it would be fair that guests are informed in Booking.com's website regarding the security deposit so the guests are aware what they are getting into. I asked for information where in the Booking.com's website it says about the security deposit.

I had an amazing time at Villa Moti. The staff were super accommodating and made our stay as comfortable as possible. The rooms are really spacious and extremely neat and clean! The pool was lovely and well kept.
