Family of 5 and we absolutely loved our stay and will definitely stay again

The villa is great for large families , the beds are very comfortable, all bedrooms aircons worked well, the area it is in is nice and quiet and quick walk to the beach and old man’s and mexicola, a massive highlight for our family was the 4 stories and the villa having a pool table. The pool was very clean, we loved out stay and will definitely stay again.

The only thing that would be good would be a cleaner just to tidy , and that the bathroom in the middle level the drain in shower was blocked

Perfect location if you want to access everything in walking distance

The villa’s location is perfect—just near the town, so everything is super accessible. We could walk just a few minutes to find food, do some shopping, or just stroll around. Special shoutout to their agent Elva—she went above and beyond, even helping me prepare a surprise cake and always making sure we had everything we needed. Overall, it was definitely a 10/10 stay!

The only minor downside was that the water from the shower and bidet had a bit of a smell at first, but it faded after a while and got better.

Filthy and disgusting

The location wasn’t bad for this property, however lots of construction around was noisy.

Place was filthy. The linen was used, dirty and torn. One bed was covered in ants and couldn’t be used. The water fountain along with the rest of the kitchen was disgusting. The build up of scum and dirty in every bathroom was crazy. The pool was soo dirty I wouldn’t even risk it. Overall a really awful dirty place. We had to leave after one night and would have left immediately had it not been too late to find an alternative. Unsure why anyone has rated this place good.

Great location, very large villa with everything you need within walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants

Great location, close to everything we wanted to be able to walk everywhere most days. Large property with a lot of space and even a pool table. Great pool and outdoor area to relax.

Not very clean, we had insects in the bathrooms and bedrooms constantly in our bags, clothes, food etc. Property was cleaned every 2/3 days by the staff, most villas we stay at we have had daily cleaning so this may be the reason there were bugs/insects throughout the villa in our personal items.

Great big property, icy cold aircon

Very spacious, I like how the dining area is fully indoors with aircon, making it a comfy place to eat meals. It's also safer for the kids too (where as some accommodation has a pool and open dining area). It was nice to have a pool table for the nights that you feel like doing something but not to out. Appreciate that there is also a washing machine to wash clothes.

The construction happening throughout the day was a bit annoying. Would be good if there was aircon in the upstairs rumpus room as it gets quite hot.
