Amazing hidden gem in Canggu!

-we stayed two bedroom villa with private pool -Genuinely Kind and helpful staff -maximum privacy -wide choice of breakfast -clean room and large well maintained pool - very quiet although located near busy center

-open bathroom could be bothersome to some people

An exceptional experience that exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended

I really liked how clean and well-maintained the environment was—it felt comfortable and relaxing throughout my stay. The location was also a big plus, as it was conveniently close to all the places I visited, making it easy to get around and save time on travel. In addition, the staff provided exceptional service and were very willing to do their best to resolve the water leakage issue in my room.

So far, there was nothing I disliked about the property. The services and overall experience were excellent and truly exceptional.

A little slice of heaven.

The most incredible stay at Le Cielo Resort. By far the BEST villa I have stayed at. I could not fault the customer service via WhatsApp. The Villa was absolutely clean and I would come back to my room cleaned every day to perfection. The staff here were so polite and friendly, always offering help even when not needed. The breakfast was included and had a vast range of options to choose from and tasted amazing. I absolutely loved this Villa and I will be coming back here again and again and again.

В целом ок, просто не подошел отель по субъективным причинам

Сложно сказать, минусы, перечисленные ниже, оказались слишком критичны для хорошей оценки.

Плохая шумоизоляция, слышно каждый чих и шорох с зоны бассейна начиная с самого утра, соответственно, никакой приватности и сна, встаешь вместе с персоналом или с выезжающими в аэропорт постояльцами. Слышишь как персонал обсуждает завтрак с гостями, решают что будут есть, скрембл или омлет, затем слышишь как скребет грабля, собирающая листочки у бассейна. Смутило отсутствие шкафа или гардеробной зоны с полками, получается более одного дня в отеле не задержишься, либо устанешь вставать с петухами, либо от того, что просто не можешь нормально разложить вещи. Переселили в номер в отдаленности от бассейна, но открытая душевая была под окнами жилого дома, сомнительное удовольствие принимать так душ. Попросила новую лампочку в душевую, так как одна не работала: мастер ушел, сказал вернусь с лампочкой, но больше не вернулся:))

Очень хороший отель в отличном месте в районе Чангу. Отель совершенно новый, с современным ремонтом и приятной атмосферой отдыха и релакса. Персонал очень внимательный и заботливый, коммуникация через WhatsApp была удобной и быстрой. Завтрак можно заказать заранее через WhatsApp и выбрать удобное время, после чего его приносят прямо в номер. Завтраки вкусные и свежие. Wi-Fi работал отлично на протяжении всего проживания. Вокруг отеля много кафе, ресторанов и магазинов, что делает локацию особенно удобной.

Из небольших нюансов, которые никак не повлияли на мой комфорт и носят скорее рекомендательный характер: белые полотенца в номере были чистыми, но имели старые пятна, поэтому, возможно, им требуется химчистка или обновление. В целом — очень приятный опыт проживания, с удовольствием остановились бы здесь снова
