The staff are incredibly friendly and respond within minutes. The check-in instructions are very clear and easy to follow. The apartment looks even better in person than in the photos. It's spacious, cozy, and has plenty of room. The beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is well equipped with everything you might need - even a toaster.

The shower "door" is honestly a bad joke. We were told not to adjust the boiler, and we didn't, but it seems to be poorly set up. You can get either very hot or cold water, but not a comfortable warm shower. The dishwasher is of little use without dishwasher tablets. I have no time to go to a supermarket for them, especially when paying over €200 per night. A small inconvenience is the rubbish disposal. After the morning collection, there is usually a small amount of waste left before check-out, and it would be helpful if guests were given a convenient way to dispose of it.

L’appartement est bien équipé , très vénitien , propre et nous avons adoré le quartier et le calme . Les explications sont claires et faciles , la communication aussi Nous reviendrons !

La salle de bain est compliquée , chaque douche donne lieu à une inondation 😆 Début juillet les ventilateurs sont suffisants mais je ne sais pas ce que ça donne en période très chaude . La TV nous a manqué pour la coupe du monde … mais ça n’est que tous les 4 ans !

The apartment is in a fantastic location, close to restaurants and transport. Amenities were good

The second bedroom does not have a double bed, it was a 3/4 bed. You couldn’t regulate the hot water service and the shower screen was not adequate and therefore water sprayed on the floor
