Located on the 3rd and top floor of a secure residence, you’ll have a reserved parking spot available free of charge
This spacious and peaceful apartment will allow you to fully enjoy your vacation
This apartment features a fully furnished and equipped kitchen that opens onto a beautiful, spacious, air-conditioned living area with a sitting area and a dining area
You’ll enjoya first air-conditioned bedroom with a 160-size double bed and plenty of storage space
A second air-conditioned bedroom with two 90-size single beds and plenty of storage space as well
And a third bedroom with a single bed is also available
You’ll have access to a bathroom with a bathtub, as well as a second shower room with a toilet
Finally, the terrace, with its superb unobstructed view and privacy, allows you to fully enjoy the outdoors. An awning is installed to protect you from the sun when it gets a little too hot (south-facing)

Linens: not included. To lighten your luggage, we offer sheet and towel kits for rent. Be sure to reserve them with our team at least 48 hours before your arrival 🧺
Check-in & check-out:
Check-in: Keys must be picked up in person between 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. during the off-season (4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. in the summer). We need to know your exact arrival time so we can welcome you properly ⏰
Check-out: must be between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. As a property management company managing several properties, our cleaning schedule is set in advance to ensure the property is clean for the next guests. The exact check-out time agreed upon with our team must be strictly adhered to.
Rules: This is a completely smoke-free property. Pets are not allowed 🚭
Information on the Security Deposit:
During your online booking, a simple bank pre-authorization (card hold) will be placed at the same time as your payment.
Rest assured: this is not a charge, but a temporary hold.
This hold covers:
€500 for the apartment security deposit (in case of property damage).
This amount will not be debited from your account. The pre-authorization will be automatically released at the end of your stay if everything is in order.
