Featuring a balcony with ocean views, this fully renovated apartment with high-quality amenities includes a flat-screen TV, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, an oven, and a microwave, as well as a bathroom with a shower and a hair dryer. The property features an outdoor dining area.
You’ll enjoy a bedroom with a double bed, and on the large mezzanine,another double bed and an additional single bed

No car needed. Everything is within walking or biking distance.

Check-in & check-out:
Check-in: Keys must be picked up in person between 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. during the off-season (4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. in the summer). We need to know your exact arrival time so we can welcome you properly ⏰
Check-out: must be between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. As a property management company managing several units, our cleaning schedule is set in advance to ensure the property is clean for the next guests. The exact check-out time agreed upon with our team must be strictly adhered to.
Rules: This is a completely smoke-free property. Pets are not allowed 🚭
Information on the Security Deposit:
During your online booking, a simple bank pre-authorization (card hold) will be placed at the same time as your payment.
Rest assured: this is not a charge, but a temporary hold.
This hold covers:
€500 for the apartment security deposit (in case of property damage).
This amount will not be debited from your account. The pre-authorization will be automatically released at the end of your stay if everything is in order.
