Stunning One-Bedroom Apartment with Ocean View, Just a Few Steps from Miramar Beach
This beautiful, modern, and bright apartment offers all the comforts you’d expect from a vacation rental, ideal for 5 people.
Located in a secure residence, you can park for free in the Forum parking lot, located about 100 meters from the apartment, or on the street right in front of the residence.

The mezzanine, also equipped with a blackout shade, offers 3 additional sleeping spots, with 3 single beds raised on box springs.
Please note: you cannot stand up on the mezzanine—it is for sleeping only
A shower room with a sink and a separate toilet
And finally, the terrace, with its stunning, unobstructed ocean view, lets you fully enjoy the outdoors. An awning is installed to protect you from the sun when it gets a little too hot (south-facing)
Ample storage space is also available.

Linens: not included. To lighten your luggage, we offer sheet and towel kits for rent. Be sure to reserve them with our team at least 48 hours before your arrival 🧺
Check-in & check-out:
Check-in: Keys must be picked up in person between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM during the off-season (4:00 PM–8:00 PM during the summer). We need your exact arrival time to ensure a smooth check-in ⏰
Check-out: must be between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. As a property management company managing several accommodations, our cleaning schedule is set in advance to ensure the property is clean for the next guests. The exact check-out time agreed upon with our team must be strictly adhered to.
Rules: This is a completely smoke-free property. Pets are not allowed 🚭
If the rental takes place during the winter season for a duration of more than 7 days, heating charges will be billed based on the meter reading
Information on the Security Deposit:
During your online booking, a simple bank pre-authorization (card hold) will be placed at the same time as your payment.
Rest assured: this is not a charge, but a temporary hold.
This hold covers:
€500 for the apartment security deposit (in case of property damage).
This amount will not be debited from your account. The pre-authorization will be automatically released at the end of your stay if everything is in order.
