In a recent residence completely renovated, overlooking the fine sandy beach 30 meters away, near Port Miramar, you will love our beautiful apartment "Mon Rêve Bleu" T3 classified furnished tourist 3 *, standing, VIP, for 5 people maximum, with 2 real bedrooms (not a cabin), not overlooked, very bright, modern and comfortable.
It is equipped as at home, (it is our second home), WIFI and free INTERNET by FIBER, TV in the living room and soundbar/Bluetooth speaker, and in the master bedroom, bed 160x200, a very comfortable quality bedding with memory foam.
It is on the second floor facing the sea, with its "feet in the water."

You will be amazed by an exceptional sea view as soon as you enter the apartment! On the 12.50m2 balcony: magnificent 180-degree view of the sea, the beach, the pine trees, and the Golden Islands: the islands of Porquerolles, Port Cros and Levant are in front of you.

The customs path starts at the foot of your apartment and you can go on foot or by bike on the beautiful seaside.
Direct access to the beach and sea (30 meters), without road to cross, in an ENTIRELY PEDESTRIAN area, feet in the water! Children are safe.

Possibility of BED LINEN and bath linen rental: PROVIDED ON REQUEST WITH SUPPLEMENT. Rates to be asked of me. To be booked after payment of the balance 1 month before, and to be paid directly to the concierge service on the day of arrival.

The apartment consists of:

-American kitchen where everything is there for your comfort: dishwasher 60 cms, washing machine, large 4* fridge freezer, 3 ovens (large multifunction oven, microwave oven, mini multifunction electric oven), plaque.de induction cooking, filter coffee maker and Nespresso, toaster, kettle....
- 2 real bedrooms for a total of 5 people (not cabins) sea view in the 2 bedrooms (side for the 2nd bedroom)
160x200 bed and EMMA high-end mattress in the parental sea view bedroom, and 2 beds with 140x90 EMMA high-end memory foam mattress downstairs, and 90x190 memory foam mattress upstairs (bunk beds).

- Balcony of 12.50 m2 sheltered with table and armchairs, deckchairs, electric barbecue.
- Large private box in an underground secure garage located under the residence which also allows you to park your bikes (if you come with them, as well as your beach games): there are many bike paths in the area and cycling is a pleasure!
- Free baby equipment on request (bed, booster seat, baby potty, toilet reducer)
- On request, with supplement, possibility of renting sheets and towels from a service provider. They will be left in the apartment for your arrival.

ATTENTION:
- NON-SMOKING APARTMENT and NO PETS ALLOWED
- RENTAL FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY (possibility of early departure with agreement directly with my rental assistant)
- DEPOSIT 400 euros on arrival in undrawn cheque for French people and cash for foreigners
- HEATING: from OCTOBER 15 inclusive to APRIL 15 inclusive, heating costs are TO be PAID in addition according to the electricity meter reading (minus the usual operating costs of the apartment without heating)
- A CONTRACT will HAVE to be signed between the owner and the tenant. It will be sent by email with the rental conditions of the site, at the time of booking, with the usual details of a rental.
- The bed throws visible in the photos are unfortunately removed because of the health protocol.
