Open all year from 300 to 1000 € depending on the season. Flat 75 m 2 RENOVATED, 1st floor in big house 185 m2 on very large 2500 m2 closed automatic gate.

- Kitchen: washing machine, new dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave oven, traditional oven, 3 induction hob, electric barbecue (no fire in summer)
- New bathroom: New shower 90 cm wide wc washbasin atmosphere ZEN
- Terrace 16 m² in the garden: (walled garden entirely sur2500m²) - Outdoor furniture table, sunbathing, parasol, chairs, armchairs
