About this cabin rental
Escape to this charming cottage-style cabin near Patoka Lake, perfect for everyone! With 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and room to sleep 9, comfort is a given. Enjoy a private, tree lined backyard with a fire pit for cozy evenings under the stars.
Tucked at the end of a quiet dead-end lane, yet close to local favorites like Patoka Lake Winery and boat rentals, it’s the best of both worlds. Plus, you’re just 45 minutes from Holiday World for a day of thrills. Lake park pass included.
All the basics are included—just bring your crew and make memories!
* Community quiet hours 10pm-8am.
*Please keep noise in general within reason.
* If fire pit is used fire must be sprayed with water before leaving. Water hose is located to the right of the cabin.
*Do not burn trash.
*No R/V or camper parking allowed.
*Park on gravel areas only
*If parking more than 3 vehicles is expected please notify host prior to check in.
*For the consideration of others and safety once on gravel road please keep speed to less than 10 miles per hour.
*Limit of 2 pets per visit, with $100 pet fee. If pet fee is not paid and completed prior to check in fee will increase to $150.
*All dogs must be on a leash when outside
*Strictly no events or parties are allowed!
*Please do not place grills on porch or deck.
*Lost or not returning the Park Pass will result in a $60 charge for replacement.
Please note: Staying after 11 am without prior approval is subject to additional fees. Unauthorized late check out $100 for each hour past 11am. After 1pm the guest will be charged that days base rate without discounts and that does NOT award possession of the property for that day. If the date to extend the stay is available, the guest must formally extend their stay through booking app. However, we reserve the right to decline the extension. Guests will be responsible for any and all refunds given to incoming guests due to unauthorized late check out and will be charged for repayment of those costs.
