Less than a 2 miles from the gorgeous white sandy beaches of Bonita Beach and Barefoot Beach, this pool home, located west of US41 and south of Bonita Beach Road, is perfect for couples looking to quietly retreat. A private, lush garden surrounds the home. The screened in lanai, which features a heated pool, lounge chairs, and outdoor dining, faces south. The second floor balcony offers a stunning sunset view over the bay and Gulf!
***Note for peak season: The first booking needs to start on or before January 7. Feb or March rentals are only allowed if the previous month has been rented***
Separate desks available for use in the upstairs loft area and the primary bedroom, perfect for those bringing their laptops for remote work. What better place to check your emails than on a beachy vacation! There's even a mini fridge upstairs so your snacks and beverages are just steps away from your workspace.
The home has two upstairs and two downstairs bedrooms plus an outdoor shower cabin in addition to the pool deck shower. The downstairs suite and the additional downstairs guest bedroom both offer direct access to the lanai and pool. The large primary bedroom upstairs has its own additional vanity space in the walk in closet, in addition to the his and her bathroom sink spaces in the shared upstairs bathroom. A fourth bedroom with two twin beds is located upstairs. This home is great for families looking to split the upstairs and downstairs for sleeping arrangements.

We loved this home! We needed a place with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths and it suited us well. Everything was clean, the kitchen was well stocked, plenty of towels in the bathrooms and all the beach stuff for a day at the beach, which was a daily excursion for us. We requested a beach cart, which was ordered and sent to the home. The people at Realty Group were very responsive, even after hours. The pool was great and we especially loved the outdoor seating area where we spent a lot of time. The neighborhood was safe and we enjoyed riding the bikes around the area. We would highly recommend this location for a memorable vacation!

Everything was great. Lots of sunlight in the house,bikes were nice,quiet neighborhood,The house is smaller than it appears in the photos. We had 6 people and it was a perfect fit. In my opinion 8 would be a little tight in the living room. We liked watching,TV together at night. Owner might want to consider adding an addition small sofa instead of the chairs. Downstairs bedroom bed was squeaky and too soft for me. Every thing else was fabulous. Management company was excellent with communication.Tip-call ahead and ask then to turn the heat on for the pool if I will be cool when you are there.Owner: kitchen needs a large stockpot.Thanks for having us,highly recommend.

We felt at home here (wish we could call it that!). Beautiful oversize lot and we liked that the pool area is private but still offers water view. Very close to the beach. Multiple restaurants on Bonita Beach Rd at walking distance; Great spot!
