The house was very nice but we had issues with the AC and the pool/spa. It wasn’t the fault of the owners but we lost AC twice and the pool/spa messed up while we were there as well. The owner was very quick to respond but with a holiday weekend, it took a bit for the 2nd AC repair. The pool heated up to 104 degrees and we didn’t have the pool heat on. Ended up that storms likely caused the pool/spa issue and the 2nd AC issue. We couldn’t use the pool the last couple of days of our stay. Again, the owner was very attentive; the delay was due to the holiday.

We absolutely loved our stay at this Bonita Springs home! The kids had so much fun with the pool, hot tub, foosball, ping pong, Xbox, and Legos, and the huge fenced yard was perfect for our dog to run around safely. Rikke and Michael were easy to communicate with and very responsive. The master was enormous and the whole house was clean and had everything we needed. Fantastic location near beaches, restaurants, and shopping — we’d stay again in a heartbeat

We had an absolutely 5-star stay at this luxury Bonita Springs home! From effortless communication with Rikke & Michael to the immaculate, well-equipped space, everything exceeded expectations. The gorgeous pool & hot tub, spacious backyard, and close proximity to restaurants, shopping, and beaches made this a top-tier vacation rental. Highly recommend this beautiful home for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a stylish Florida getaway

The location was perfect and the house has ample space, but some challenges made the stay less than ideal. There were ants in the kitchen making it impossible to leave anything on the counter for any extended period of time. also we encountered 2 Florida water bugs (aka roaches) in the master bath. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint and the carpet a good cleaning.
The house was well situated and very close to the beach and shops.
