With room for 10 guests, 5.5 bathrooms, an open living area, and a fully equipped kitchen, there’s room to relax and unwind.
Enjoy nearby Gulf beaches, fast Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, garage/driveway parking, and easy self check-in. Make this modern home your base for exploring Bonita Springs and Naples!

- Bonita Beach — about 5 minutes
- Barefoot Beach — about 7–10 minutes
- Mercato — about 15 minutes
- Downtown Naples / 5th Ave South — about 20–25 minutes
- Riverside Park — about 10–12 minutes
All full Bathrooms are generously stocked with:

✔ Body soap
✔ Fluffy towels
✔ Toilet tissue
Note: We include complimentary pool heating up to 84°F. Requests for higher temperatures between 85–90°F can be accommodated for an additional $60/day, which must be scheduled 1–2 days in advance. Please note that elevated temperatures are weather-dependent, as Florida heat pumps can only heat as far as outdoor conditions allow during colder periods. For safety and equipment protection, the pool cannot be heated above 90°F, although the spa may be set as high as you prefer. The additional fee reflects the significantly higher energy usage and additional wear on equipment required to sustain higher temperatures.
Guest access
Guests will have private access to the entire home, including all 4 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, the kitchen, living and dining areas, and the private pool and spa.
Enjoy the home at your own pace, with plenty of space to relax, gather, and make yourself comfortable throughout your stay.
Check-in instructions and your unique access code will be provided before arrival.
Please note that any locked owner's closets or designated storage areas are not accessible to guests.
