"We have never stayed anywhere quite so beautiful. It was absolutely immaculate, everything we could possibly need was provided and was of high quality, the pool was wonderful and warm, the kayaks were great fun although we were not very expert in launching them so there was a lot of laughter as we wobbled around! We played table tennis everyday, there were fab restaurants in walking distance and beautiful local beaches. It was quiet, tranquil, a great location to explore Florida and our hosts could not have been more responsive or more helpful. All in all a perfect vacation home, thank you so much. The only negative, I don’t we will find another place like this so it will be a tough act to follow 😍"

This property was the best we ever stayed in and we have holidayed in this area multiple times, travelling from the UK as a family of four. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay with generous essentials and really comfortable beds. The house has plenty of space with different dining areas and indoor and outdoor seating areas. The bikes and kayaks are well maintained and easy to use and the table tennis was added fun. We bought fishing equipment from the shop at the end of the road and caught some fish off the deck too. The location is brilliant, allowing cycle rides for beach sunsets, walks or cycle rides to shops and plenty of good restaurants. Angela and Kevin were perfect hosts, very responsive while allowing us privacy and a home away from home. Thank you. Can’t recommend this place enough.

We’ve been renting in Bonita/Naples for over a decade and this is the by far the best VRBO we have ever stayed in! The home is spacious and the interior is decorated beautifully. The tiki hut off the pool area is a bonus. We had lovely family dinners inside and out. The kitchen is well equipped, organized, easy to find what you need and we especially loved the little coffee bar area. Our teen boys loved exploring on bikes and daily visits to Royal Scoop. We enjoyed family kayaking right out of the canal and saw many dolphins! Angela and Kevin are the most detail oriented, responsive and gracious hosts. They know the area well and you can tell there has been a lot of love and care put into their home. We will not stay anywhere else for future visits!

Thanks to hosts for an incredible stay. Everything at the property was as described, and the location worked perrectly for us to be close to the beach and local businesses. A great place to spend time to recharge!

My husband and I just returned from a 5-night stay at this home. Before arrival, we alerted the host that we would be arriving late. By the time we got to the home, it was just before 9:00PM. The house was completely dark. No lights on inside or outside. The front door code did not work. Using our iPhone flashlights, we were able to navigate to the side door, where the lock box was located. It was extremely difficult to open, but we finally managed to get it open, so we could use the key to go into the dark home.
The house was clean and as described, for the most part. The master bedroom mattress is extremely uncomfortable because it has a very odd “hump” in the middle of it. (Plus, the sheets don’t fit. The “fitted” sheet is definitely NOT fitted.) The blinds do close all the way to the floor, but there is light streaming in on all sides. There is a skylight in the master bath that makes the bedroom very bright, if you don’t close the pocket door into the bath. There is not an accessible electrical outlet next to the bed (in the master) to charge your phone and/or iPad/tablet.
We are used to instant hot water at our own home. Having to wait for well over 5 minutes for the shower water (or any water at any tap) to heat is something we weren’t used to. The water pressure in the master shower is very low. In the other bathroom, the shower pressure was fine, but the water pressure at the sink was very low.
Be aware that you will also have to purchase ice, if you want it, because the ice maker does not work and there are no ice trays. (It may not be hooked up to a water line?)
Finally, the instructions say that you must not leave anything behind, like unopened bottles of Diet Coke, or you’ll be charged a “removal fee.” We had to pour out all the unopened soft drinks and throw away the unopened food, etc. Such a waste—these items could be donated to a local shelter.
Would we stay in this home again? I’m not sure. It has issues that didn’t comport with what we expected or wanted. but note that there is nothing dishonest in the home’s description.
