Bright, functional, and perfectly located, this apartment offers a practical and comfortable space for up to 4 guests, ideal for friends, small families, or travelers who prefer separate beds. It features a twin bedroom with two single beds, plus a double sofa bed in the living area, providing flexibility without compromising comfort.
The apartment includes air conditioning and heating, making it a pleasant space in any season. Although fully private, the apartment shares access to a clean and well-maintained bathroom located within the building and equipped with a shower, a hair dryer, and basic toiletries such as soap, shampoo, and shower gel.
You’ll also find a compact kitchenette with everything you need for simple meals or breakfast: a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and kitchen essentials. The dining area, flat-screen TV, and cozy seating area offer a great spot to relax after exploring the city.

Palacio de las Cadenas, Sacra Capilla del Salvador, and charming historic streets—all less than 5 minutes away

This apartment is part of a small hotel consisting of six private vacation apartments, all sharing access to common bathrooms located within the building.
Please note that there is a small step before entering the accommodation.
Extra guest after check-in: 60€/day.
The guest must clean the apartment; otherwise, an additional cleaning fee will be charged.
Pets are NOT allowed. Failure to comply will result in a penalty of 250 euros.
No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.
Smoking is not permitted. This will result in a penalty of 150 euros.
You must respect the noise levels and sleeping hours of neighboring residents.
Failure to comply with these rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.
It is mandatory to complete the guest registration form as required by Spanish accommodation authorities, providing the information from your DNI or passport via the link we will send you.
Damage to the following amenities will incur the following charges:
10 € for small towels
20 € for large towels
10 € for sheets
30 € for a duvet cover
Damage to or breakage of the lock on the front door to the accommodation will result in a penalty of 700 euros.
The loss or failure toreturn of any key or remote control for the accommodation or garage will incur a charge of 60 euros.
Any damage occurring during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded security deposit.
The cleaning or maintenance team will always enter the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can resolve.
We are not responsible for any personal belongings left in the accommodations.
