Designed to accommodate up to 4 guests, it features a cozy double bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room, ideal for relaxing after a day in town.
While the apartment itself is completely private, it shares access to a modern, shared bathroom located nearby within the building. The bathroom is cleaned regularly and includes a shower, a hair dryer, and free toiletries such as shampoo, soap, and shower gel.
Inside the apartment, you’ll find air conditioning and heating, a compact kitchenette with a microwave, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, and the essentials for enjoying a light breakfast or a casual dinner. A dining area, flat-screen TV, and comfortable seating complete the space.
Step outside and you’re just minutes from Úbeda’s most iconic landmarks:
- Sacra Capilla del Salvador – 3 min
- Palacio de las Cadenas – 2 min
- Local restaurants, shops, and historic sites just around the corner

The house must be left clean; otherwise, an additional cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.
Pets are NOT allowed. Failure to comply will result in a penalty of 250 euros.
No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.
Smoking is not permitted. This will result in a penalty of 150 euros.
The noise levels and sleeping hours of neighboring residents must be respected.
Failure to comply with these rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.
You are required to complete the guest registration form as specified by the Spanish accommodation authorities, providing your DNI or passport information via the link we will send you.
Damage to the following amenities will incur the following charges:
10 € for small towels
20 € for large towels
10 € for sheets
30 € for a duvet cover
Damage to or breakage of the lock on the front door of the accommodation will result in a penalty of 700 euros.
The loss or failure toreturn of any key or remote control for the accommodation or garage will incur a charge of 60 euros.
Any damage occurring during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.
The cleaning or maintenance team will always enter the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can resolve.
We are not responsible for any personal belongings left in the accommodations.
