Casa Las Cadenas

El anfitrión fue el hijo de la propietaria, un joven super educado, amable y conocedor de lo que estaba haciendo. Nos enseñó y explicó cada estancia de la casa, y sobre el pueblo y los establecimientos de hostelería.

Demasiadas escaleras y un solo baño pero ya lo sabíamos al reservar y no nos importaría volver siempre que vayamos sin menores ni personas mayores por las escaleras.

Alojamiento muy cuidado. La atencion de los anfitriones es excepcional.

Nada. Solo destacar que tiene muchas escaleras, para cierta gente puede resultar incómodo.

La ubicación es excepcional, la casa está equipada con todo lo necesario para pasar una buena estancia, el personal que la gestiona es muy amable...repetiría sin duda...!!

Por decir algo que tiene muchas escaleras.

We liked that it was spacious, but there were stairs, although were stairs separating each room from others... similar to a split level. It was a big enough place, but very choppy layout. The location was okay, not great, because it wasn’t really near the central area ofUbeda. There were only a couple of restaurants nearby, and we did find a good one across the quake.

The owner was in a hurry to give us the keys and leave, which w haven’t really experienced in a smaller like the one. Usually the owner will spend a bit of time with guests, and make them feel welcome.She didn’t explain much to us at all except pointed up the street and then down the street for restaurants and grocery stores. Unfortunately she also failed to tell us that for the two nights we were there, many places were closed due to a Holiday. The place had two bedrooms, but she only wanted us to use one, since we were only two people and said d she didn’t want to have to clean the second bedroom. I wish she had told us this prior to our stay, since we specifically wanted two bedroom place., in case one of us had hard time sleeping. What really bothered the most though was that she didn’t even supply on bottle of water or a morsel of food or snack. We expect this from a large hotel, not a privately owned place. Finally, the pictures of the people on the balcony was deceiving, in our opinion. What the picture doesn’t show is that there is a municipal building DIRECTLY across the street being renovated that totally blocks ANY balcony view. In addition, sh failed to mentioned n that work was being done, and we could hear the noise off and on all day. We have stayed at many places, big and small. The place is not one we will come back to because we were not made to feel welcome, and the lack of disclosure about bedrooms, view and construction
