Tranquilo y bien ubicado,, como pone. Un buen apartamento para ocuparlo entretiempo, ni en verano fuerte, ni en el crudo invierno.
En el crudo invierno, como ahora, se queda muy corto de calefacción en el baño y en el salón, empañándose la cristalera de manera no justificable. Hace falta ya una renovación para dotarlo del mínimo confort.
