The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 60 m² maisonette for rent in Capbreton, less than a kilometre from the beach, which can accommodate up to 4 travellers. It has a lovely 25 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a shower room and a garden of around 100 m². Sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- 25 m² living room with double sofa bed and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave oven, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom with double bed (140×190)
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate WC, accessible from the shower room
Outside area :
- A beautiful 100 m² garden, private and partially enclosed, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
For greater comfort, the owners provide a fan.
The cottage is ideally located in Capbreton, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops are close by, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market, etc.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Bayonne, about 15 km away
- Nearest airport: Biarritz, about 20 km away
