About this apartment rental
Large apartment bathed in light of 100m2. This apartment is not in a residence, it is above 2 stores. No walls in joint ownership. No neighbors. The entrance overlooks a lane without a car.
3 spacious bedrooms, good bedding: 2 rooms with 2 beds of 90 each, 1 room with 1 bed of 160, living room and dining room giving on terrace, room of shower, independent TOILET, equipped kitchen as at you (furnace, micro- waves, induction hob, dishes, utensils ...)
Private terrace of 20m2, sunny where it is good to take meals and rest (electric blind for south facing terrace).
In the heart of Capbreton city center - pedestrian street at the bottom of the apartment. Small shops and bike rental on the ground floor on the pedestrian street.
3 night markets alive and animated the summer.
Possibility of surfing, body-boarding, paddle, jet-ski ... Lake Hossegor ready for sailing, fishing, swimming ...
The port of Capbreton and its many boats, the beaches (15 minutes walk, 5 minutes by bike, market and market halls too.)
Cinema 3 minutes walk!
Ideal for bike rides: many bike paths, beautiful beaches, port.
Highway 5 minutes to Bayonne, Biarritz, St Jean de Luz, Spain ...
Ideally located to forget the car, between friends, in couple or in family with children.

It was the second time we rented this apartment for our summer vacation. The apartment is big enough for a family of four persons and very well equipped. Location right in the center of the town of Capbreton is excellent.
Communication with the host was very easy. Everything worked well.
As a conclusion, we will return to that place.
