Schön geschnittene Wohnung mit viel Platz in einer privaten Wohnanlage, mit automatischem Einfahrtstor gesichert. Sehr ruhige Anlage mit schöner Terrasse und Balkonmobiliar. Gutes französisches Bett und Schlafcouch. Zwei kleine tiefliegende Einzelbetten für Kinder im separaten Raum. Toilette ist getrennt vom Bad. Alle nötigen Kochutensilien sind vorhanden. Sehr nette Concierge-Dame.
In der Nähe vom Kanal sind sehr viele Stechmücken den ganzen Tag über. Die Terrasse ist nur mit Moskitospray nutzbar.

Sfeervol ingerichte woning, van alle gemakken voorzien. Er waren fietsen waar we gebruik van konden maken. Compleet met helmen, banden plak materiaal. Volop tuin meubels voor op het ruime terras. Een heel fijn adres. Ook de stranden zijn goed bereikbaar. Het appartementsgebouw staat op een afgesloten veilig terrein.
De schoonmaakkosten worden zonodig apart afgerekend.

Emplacement dans un propriété calme magnifique et arborée Appartement spacieux et très bien équipé Les vélos sont fonctionnels et très agréables pour aller à la plage ou à Hossegor Place de stationnement sécurisée et garage très pratique pour stocker les planches de body surf De nombreuses commerces et animations à proximité

Rustige plek en vlakbij het gezellige centrum. Het strand is ook vlakbij.
Het tweepersoonsbed is smal en de eenpersoonsbedden kraken.
