Disponibilité du propriétaire et de la conciergerie.
Équipements vieillissants (meubles cuisine vieillots et abîmés),
Terrasse étroite pour 5 personnes.
Un seul ventilateur qui fait du bruit… heureusement qu’il ne faisait pas très chaud.

Erg fijn appartement op een goede locatie. Het is erg rustig, er is een zwembad en het appartement blijft koel als het heet is buiten. Het is op loopafstand van het centrum en het strand van Capbreton. Parkeren is ook goed geregeld bij het appartement.
De communicatie was heel goed met de eigenaar en conciërge
