AIRIAL - Grand Appartement de standing en centre-ville

Appartement duplex conforable très bien situé, au calme, à 2 minutes du centre ville restau, halles et boutiques et 20 minutes de la plage. Logement parfaitement bien aménagé pour passer quelques jours en famille avec plusieurs enfants. Tout est prévu dans la cuisine, salles de bain avec literie de qualité.

Le petit coin nuit du haut est à privilégier pour les petits enfants car très mansardé.

El apartamento es muy cómodo entre otros, por la posibilidad de aparcar en el interior de la urbanización. Ademas esta muy limpio y tiene todo para que la estancia sea muy cómoda. La ubicacion tambien es buena.

Les deux étages à pieds

Location - just a few minutes away from the heart of Hossegor, and great that there's onsite parking. Bright, spacious... Bedrooms are a good size.

Interior & facilities feel dated - tiny old analogue TV, no Netflix/Apple TV or Bluetooth sound which is generally standard these days. It was incredibly hot while we were there, ventilation upstairs was non-existent; we couldn't use the rooms as the tiny foot fans didn't provide relief. The stairs are also a bit concerning for a young family. There is no "24 hour desk". It's an apartment on the top floor of an old housing block. Be prepared to carry luggage up five flights of stairs. The neighbours are fine but don't like the holiday rental guests, complained that my kids were crying. It's really annoying that the apartment doesn't come with towels (or you have to pay more for them) & you are expected to clean everything - dishes dried and away, for example - before you leave. There was one toilet roll, no laundry detergent, no soap... It's just annoying to rock up and then realise you need to go to the local SPAR to buy common necessities.
