About this villa rental
Splendid villa for 10 people a stone's throw from the golf course in a quiet residential area. The golf clubhouse, the centre of Hossegor and the shops are 800 metres away. Access to the beaches of Capbreton and Hossegor is easily by bike (2 kms).
Outside, 2 gardens, 2 atmospheres: on the south side, a large wooden terrace hosts a secure swimming pool heated from 01/06 to 30/09; on the north side, a wooded environment brings its freshness.
The villa stands on 2 levels: on the first floor a large bright living room and a sleeping area with 3 bedrooms and bathroom, upstairs 2 bedrooms and bathroom.
The house is well equipped and well appointed: very nice kitchen, sofas, flat screen, Orange and Canal Sat tv, Bose speaker, quality bedding...
Garden furniture, deckchairs, plancha, ping-pong table, board games...
The supply of sheets and towels as well as cleaning on departure are included in the rental. The beds will be ready on your arrival. A concierge service will remain at your disposal during your stay for any request or additional information.

We got a warm welcome from Cecile who showed us around and explained everything. The house feels like a home with lovely decoration and a fantastic kitchen. The location is great, surrounded by trees.
