Bella posizione all'ultimo piano di un condominio e molto vicina al centro di Capbreton (ma non al lungomare). Apprezzabile l'ascensore e molto prezioso il parcheggio riservato.
Poche cose, qualche ragnatela in prossimità delle travi del soffitto ed un odore non molto gradevole, ma sopportabile, nel frigorifero.

Appartement cosy. Grand très bien situé avec parling
Le jonc de mer qui a disparu, la disparition du four remplacé par un air fryer. Le manque de certains accessoires de cuisine. Difficile de profiter des poissons du port

La proximité des commerces , le port , les plages , les autres villes autour , les pistes cyclables.
Le bruits, appartement très mal isolé, pas possible de bien dormir , la route en bas de l appartement est très passante ,
