On the ground floor: living room, kitchen, veranda, bathroom and WC.
On the 1st floor: 1 bedroom with large double bed 160 of 200, 1 bedroom with double bed 140x190, insulated by curtain, 1 office space or small living room, 1 large hallway with dressing room, 1 bed 90x190 under the stairs.
2nd floor: a large attic mezzanine serving as a dormitory, with 1 140x190 bed and 2 single beds, a catamaran net for relaxation or reading area.
Accessible by the garden, a 2nd WC outside and a garden shower.

Une maison très bien située, à deux pas de la principale rue commerçante de Capbreton, mais dans une ruelle calme. La véranda et la terrasse prolongent agréablement la maison, qui est bien décorée, avec une touche d'exotisme bienvenue. L'équipement est tout à fait complet, la salle de bains fonctionnelle, la literie confortable. Il n'existe toutefois qu'une seule véritable chambre (une autre n'est séparée d'un lieu de passage que par un simple rideau). Enfin, l'électricité étant comptée en sus, si on loue hors saison et que l'on a besoin du chauffage, le montant à payer peut être non négligeable.

La maison est très agréable et aménagée avec beaucoup de goût. Tout se trouve à proximité mais il n'y a aucune nuisance phonique.
L'unique salle de bain avec WC est le seul petit bémol si vous y venez nombreux. Je recommande vivement cette maison. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour !

Une maison charmante et bien placée, à proximité directe de Capbreton. 3 éléments à avoir en tête cependant :
- il n'y a en réalité qu'un salle de bain (une douche extérieure et des WC à l'extérieur également)
- l'isolation phonique est faible dans la maison : une seule chambre et la charpente et les menuiseries ne permettent pas une grande intimité (...on sait quand un membre de la famille se lève pour aller aux toilettes la nuit)
- l'électricité et l'eau sont comptés en sus (à 6 dont 4 enfants avec un peu de chauffage dans la semaine : 55€ au total)
En bref, très chouette maison si ces quelques points ne sont pas problématiques pour vous !
