The Cocoonr/Bookandpay agency offers this charming air-conditioned house for rent in Bar-sur-Loup, with a surface area of 70 m² and capacity for up to 8 guests. It comprises a lovely 25 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower) and a garden of around 400 m². Bed linen and towels are included, so all you need to do is bring yourself! The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor: - A 25 m² living room with a double sofa bed, a TV and a dining table - A fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - A shower room with shower, WC and washing machine
Upstairs: - 3 bedrooms with double beds (140×190) - A bathroom with shower - A separate toilet For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
Outside: - A beautiful private enclosed garden of 400 m² with a terrace equipped with garden furniture, sun loungers and a ping-pong table to enjoy sunny days The house is ideally located in Bar-sur-Loup, in a very pleasant environment. You will have access to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities: - River 300 m away on foot - More by the sea: family beaches in Cannes, Nice, Antibes Nearby: - Panorama of the Gorges du Loup, access to the Sentier du Paradis - Grasse: world capital of perfume - Nice - The Lérins Islands
- Estérel Massif & Pointe de l'Aiguille - Monaco Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private, enclosed car park at the house.
