Not really what we expected.

Excellent location, relatively quiet. Flexible manager.

Air conditioning worked only in one room, in the remaining bedrooms the heat was unbearable. The manager was informed but didn’t help. Bedrooms on the higher floors were very small and not suitable for elderly and children - dangerous steep stairs. No place to eat for the group (max 4 people could use the table).

Worse than 1 star hotel! They trick and exploit visitors.

Our safety was compromised as the apartment had to be renovated. The floor had huge leakage damage, not only we could hurt our feet walking there but we could easily trip over it. It is very DANGEROUS, even if walking with shoes on. The manager deceitfully told us they were not aware of this. We waisted 2 days of our holiday trying to find a solution. We were offered to move to a twice smaller apartment (with no beds, only sofa) without any refund or compensation. - Our privacy was VIOLATED. We explicitly mentioned that we don’t want any builders to come in while we were away. We had a lot of personal belongings there. They disrespectfully ignored it and still came inside. Besides it, such repairs have to be done in between stays and not during. - The photos are not showing of how these apartments really look – it is actually very old. The living room had no real windows so it felt like living in a BASEMENT. One was a fake (opening to the hallway inside), the other one was opening opposite of huge extractor fan from the restaurant below us, with lots of smell and heat coming out of it. - Slept really bad during our whole stay because of light and noise. Our bedroom wasn't that dark during the night because the curtains were too sheer. - Poor cleaning: dirty pair of socks under the bed, towels have stains. No cleaning during the stay. Better go to the hotel where cleaning and condition is monitored. We would never pay to stay in such place.

Great value in fun location

Great location in old town Cannes, close to a lot of restaurants and the beach. The room had everything we needed and the ac was great in the middle of the summer.

There was not a comforter or blanket in the room, only a set of sheets. The stairs to the top floor were steep and a bit challenging to get up and down. The halls also smelled foul several days we were there, not sure if it was something that was cooked or what but it was very unpleasant. Luckily did not bother us once in the room.

Great sleeping spot while staying in Cannes

The location was superb. The room is situated in the old city centre, which has both many restaurants, beaches, and in general is a great place for either leisure or active visit to Cannes. Cooking area seems to be well equipped, but i'd rather visit one of numerous restaurants around

The apartment had all the equipment you'd need but it lacked consumables. From what i could see there was one dishwasher pill/detergent no dish washing fluid if you wanted to wash them by hand no coffee filters no coffee no tea no sugar 2 toilet paper rolls no proper duvet (comforter)

Impossible to sleep here

It’s impossible to sleep in this apartment because of the terrible noise of the restaurant downstairs. I paid 900 euros for three sleepless nights.

The location is very good.

Not really clean, as there was no list if items in the booking.com advert of the appartment, I was surprised that there was no washing machine, which for me is more important than a dish washer, then there was no hair dryer. The water drain in the shower was almost blocked, so the water almost swap intp the bath room while taking a shower.

Uncomfortable sofa bed & VERY noisy bin collection at 5AM on almost every day Noise from local restaurants also made it difficult to sleep Perhaps the host could fit thicker curtains or something else to cancel out noise...

Very good

The location was amazing and the facilities inside were clean. The AC was great and they had switched on the AC before arrival so our apartment was nice and cool. The dishwasher was really good. Only downside is that there is no washing machine however a laundrette is 5 mins walk from the apartment. They provided hand soap, sweeper, dish washing tablets and dish soap and sponge

There Are no quilts or duvets provided. Only bed sheets for under and over. At night you can hear people on the street. Moreover the apartment did not provided any bin bags or information on where to throw the bins. The apartment for comfort 4 is nice however once you lay out your sofa bed there is barely any space to move.

Good

The location is great! Very central in the beautiful old town with lots of fine restaurants and stores around. Even a colorful traditional market is close by. The beach, ferry terminal and Croisset is all 10min walk away. The apartment is well equipped and nicely decorated and clean. We had an issue at arrival, the first apartment we got was smoke smelling, I asked for a change and the host arranged very quickly another apartment. We were lucky because there were free alternatives, however If you want absolute non-smoking I would suggest to explicitly ask for that well in advance. Very good communication with the host.

Parking is difficult. The closest parking is Suquet Forville be sure to use the way closer entrance at Rue Forville (not always visible in online maps) instead of the main entrance. The living room is loud by night because the Rue de la Miséricorde is used to store stuff for the market which will be carry in and out early in the morning, from 4hours. If you don’t used it to sleep (equiped wit a couch-bed) it should not be a problem.

L’emplacement central

L appartement! Une Clim ne fonctionnait pas correctement sdb à revoir, à notre arrivée la barre de sol avait des vis qui étaient à moitié sortie, le porte serviette sous le lavabo était cassé, joint de porte de douche qui ne tenait pas et une prise électrique non terminé. Heureusement l’agence après le week-end m’a recontacté suite à mon message pour faire intervenir quelqu’un la prise a été finalisée et le pas de porte changé par contre le joint et le porte serviette on tout simplement était éteint. La Clim n’a pas été réparé ou si elle l’a été pas d’amélioration. Le canapé lit n’est pas confortable.

Tavaly itt voltunk, ezért jöttünk idén is erre a helyre, de több dolog változott egy év alatt. Az egyetlen pozitívum a jó elhelyezkedés.

A tulajjal nem tudtam felvenni a kapcsolatot, érdeklődtem a bőröndöket le tehetjük e korábban és hiába látta, hogy írtam, nem reagált. Nem volt wc papir, takaró. Kérdeztem kérhetek e, az volt a válasz, hogy 30 fok van. A legkondi távirányítója jelezte, hogy az elem le fog merülni. Ketten érkeztünk, egy kávé várt minket 😞 A Wifi nem működött.

Un emplacement idéal pour un appartement à taille humaine

La communication avec les propriétaires qui étaient à l'écoute de nos besoins. L'emplacement de l'appartement, le matériel et accessoires mis à disposition. La climatisation en période de forte chaleur. Nous venons chaque année et l'accueil reste toujours aussi agréable.

Le bruit (chansons récurrentes) notamment d'un appartement (hors de l'immeuble) pour lequel les propriétaires ne peuvent rien faire malgré les fenêtres fermées. Heureusement, ce n'était que le matin tôt.
