Two king bedrooms and two full bathrooms on the main floor provide restful accommodations, while the middle level offers four more bedrooms—each with its own private bath—along with a large home theater featuring a 135-inch projector screen, popcorn station, and a queen pullout couch for additional sleeping space. This level also includes access to a washer and dryer for convenient laundry during your stay.

Head to the lower level for hours of fun in the game room, outfitted with air hockey, ping pong, an arcade game console with thousands of classic games, and two 42-inch TVs—perfect for watching multiple sports or shows at once. Please note: Dock access is seasonal, as TVA controls the water levels and lowers them in the late fall.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
