The house is beautiful. Great for large groups. Plenty of refrigerators for drinks, ice machine, freezer. Basement game room is great. Pictures on VRBO site do not do this property justice. Location is perfect, 5 min boat ride to Shanghi Marina, 10-15min to SugarCreek Marina, jumping bridge, and Deerfield. The dock is great too, we rented two boats for the weekend, the dock has two slips, great to just swim/float off the dock. Gated community feels safe. Great for large family/friend get togethers. Like many houses at Norris, definitely get a golf cart for getting gear/coolers up and down from house to dock. The host is great, provides all the information you need, great communication.

The house was perfect for our family gathering - so many hang-out spaces, it never felt crowded. The extra fridges, sinks, and ice machine were so helpful.
