This is a beautiful, quiet, private 4 bedroom villa set in lovely gardens, with a brand new pool and fully equipped pool house with kitchen, barbecue and bathroom with shower, WC and changing room.
Situated in the hills with stunning panoramic views down towards the Bay of Antibes, the villa benefits from a cooling breeze even in the height of summer.
The stunning pool area has eight sun loungers and a dining table for eight as well as soft seating areas, a bar table and a barbecue. It also has extraordinary views down the valley towards the Bay and the Mediterranean beyond. The pool house has a brand new kitchen, a shower, a toilet and a changing room.
The villa has a beautiful salon with large windows and views down to the sea which leads out onto a lovely dining terrace with space to seat eight people comfortably.
The master bedroom has a balcony with stunning views over the bay, and there are two other double bedrooms and one twin room.
The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and there are two other bathrooms in the villa plus the one next to the pool.
There are three outdoor dining terraces, including one by the pool which seats eight people, and a large indoor dining table as well, plus several quiet outdoor seating areas and a small boules court.
The villa is on a quiet residential street with ample space to park in front. There is an electric vehicle charging point (with charging cable) on the front of the villa.
The villa is only 15 minutes drive from the famous market town of Valbonne, 20 minutes from Mougins, famed for its art and restaurants, and only half an hour's drive from Cannes and the beautiful beaches of Juan Les Pins and Antibes. The charming village of Chateauneuf is 15 minutes walk away, and boasts three stunning family-run restaurants, a legendary local baker and an artisanal butcher, cheese shop and ice cream shop. There is also a bustling pub that shows football and rugby. Only 7 minutes drive away is a large, recently refurbished supermarket. The historic city of Grasse, famed for its perfumeries, is only ten minutes drive away.
