In a beautiful green site, quiet, protected and classified, beautiful mas 220 m2 spread over three levels, completely renovated in the tradition, lots of charm, large kitchen and living room with bar and fireplace. Two shaded terraces overlooking garden, with countryside and open views.
A private pool, heated overflow, 55m2, night lighting, fully secured by a barrier, nestled in lush greenery secluded. Baby equipment.

This property is absolutley gorgeous. It is a traditional French Villa that has been lovingly restored and maintained and has loads of original features. The gardens and pool are magnificent. A little pocket of paradise

This house is clean and has gorgeous pool. Everything is well equipped. We missed only air condition but we had extra hot weather in that period. I suggest mosquito fans for windows in sleeping area.

The house has everything you need to enjoy your stay in the beautiful area of Grasse. The pool is absolutely fantastic, and there is a lovely outside area with plenty of room for everyone. The view is breathtaking. It does get warm in the bedrooms so a few fans here and there would bring extra comfort at night. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Nous sommes une famille de 5 dont un bébé et deux jeunes enfants (moins de 5 ans) et je peux vous dire que la maison était parfaite ! Pas de soucis à vous faire, elle est clôturée, la piscine est protégée, le jardin est entretenu avec une balançoire, les escaliers ne sont pas abrupts, c'est juste génial. La maison est propre et entretenue, pas de mauvaises surprises. La piscine est juste parfaite au soleil toute la journée. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et nous ont mis à l'aise dès notre arrivée. Nous reviendrons probablement.

We had a wonderful holiday in Grasse in September 2013. The house offers enough space for two families. We enjoyed, together with our childeren, the heated pool, the spacious living room and kitchen, porch with gas grill and the large lawn where the children could play. If you want something different, than just enjoy the house, there are various nice places in the area to visit (Nice and Cannes), activities to do (visit an olive domain) and the historic Grasse (10-minute drive from the house) is also worth a visit. Finally, we want to thank Christophe and Christine for the warm welcome in their beautiful restored home.

Gut ausgestattetes Haus mit speziellem Charme, grosser und gut angelegter Pool auch für kleinere Kinder geeignet. Schöne Spielwiese und Garten mit vielen exotischen Blumen und Sträuchern. Grosse und bestens eingerichtete Küche mit Esstisch, grosses Wohnzimmer. Wir haben unseren Urlaub in vollen Zügen geniessen können. Ideal auch für 2 Familien mit bis zu 5 Kindern. Die Beschreibung im Inserat stimmt überein. Vermieter sind unkompliziert und hilfsbereit. Das Stadtzentrum von Grasse ist in ca. 5 Autominuten erreichbar und bietet nebst dem bekannten Parfüm-Museum Fragonard auch eine romantische Altstadt mit hübschen Gässchen, Restaurants und kleinen Handwerksläden. Wir hatten ein Handy vergessen, die Vermieter haben es kostenlos und sofort zurückgeschickt. :-)
