For a quiet holiday, in a district called "Little Tuscany" in the middle of the Green Valley, beautiful house neo-provencal individual of 160 m2 on ground of 1500m2, surrounded by olive trees and cypresses. 4 bedrooms with double beds, swimming pool (8m / 4m), 2 bathrooms, separate kitchen. Comfort. Located 15 minutes from Cannes, and 3.5 km from the city center of Grasse, the world capital of perfumes. You can sunbathe around the pool, visit the picturesque surrounding villages, or go to the beach. Ideal for advances in families or between friends.

Nous avons passé deux très belles semaines dans la villa située dans les hauteurs de Grasse. La maison est très propre et fonctionnelle. Nous avons tout particulièrement apprécié les moments sur la terrasse ainsi que dans la piscine qui nous offraient une magnifique vue.

La maison est propre, très agréable et bien équipée. La piscine est parfaite. Excentree, il vous faudra absolument une voiture, mais la maison est au calme dans les hauteurs paisibles. Les propriétaires sont adorables et arrangeant.
