The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size and a double, along with a bathroom with a bath, shower over, basin and WC. Outside, there is a non-enclosed front garden with furniture, an enclosed rear courtyard garden with furniture and barbecue, and roadside parking available on a first-come, first-served basis. Within 2.6 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.2 miles, a pub, while the river is 1 mile away. Please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Sorry, no pets. A starter pack for the woodburning stove is provided. Have an amazing holiday at The Granary. Town: The friendly little village of Barwick, with its 15th century church can be found just 2 miles south of Yeovil on the borders of Somerset and Dorset. Barwick is surrounded by an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, providing a network of rural footpaths. The nearby bustling town of Yeovil offers visitors an interesting array of shops and leisure facilities, whilst within easy reach can be found several National Trust properties including Montecute House, Barrington Court and Stourhead. Alternatively visit ancient Bath or historic Sherborne with its abbey, castle, pretty antique shops and good restaurants, both of which are easily accessible. The Jurassic coast footpath and beaches are only a 30 minute drive away through beautiful countryside and fishing can be enjoyed on the River Stour at Sturminster Newton. An ideal base for exploring this lovely area.
