The space
Child Friendly, Infant Friendly, Wireless Internet/Wifi. Architectural Award Winning home. Stylish, Cosy, Spacious Comfy Peaceful Private Period House (1864) Renovated but retaining all the original features. In spite of being 5 mins from the city centre our home offers a sense of serenity and tranquility. The ground floor open plan containing a drawing room with tv, a dining room (seats 10), a TV room and a toilet leading onto 2 patios on split levels to accommodate morning and afternoon sun. The garden is an oasis of peace. You will wake to the joy of birdsong.

There is a modern kitchen, dining room, drawing room, TV ( perfect for kids & teens) & toilet on Ground Floor. Upstairs you will find a study with printer, Sofa Bed & TV.
3 Bedrooms with 3 Double beds. The bathroom containing a bath and shower is in the next floor. A cupboard conceals a washing machine and tumble dryer.
Guest access
Entire House is available but some cupboard space is private and will be indicated. This is our family home and we hope our guests will respect it as such.

Ranelagh is a very affluent suburb of Dublin full of great cafés, restaurants and bars within walking distance of the city centre. It's is surrounded by gorgeous parks ( 2 parks 2 minutes on foot away with children's playgrounds) Palmerston Park & Belgrade square. This am extremely safe area monitored 24 seven by the Police. City Centre is accesible by bus and the Luas tram ( beechwood) Luas Station / 5 mins by foot.

Luas/ Tram is 5 minute walk from house will take you to most of meritorious places mentioned in my guide book,
