Brilliant landing spot, excellent host & versatile space
Where to start - Kevin was a gem from start to finish, sorting out a group of excited hens with a shot at the bar downstairs (which was ideal as it quickly became the preferred pub of all those we visited). He was incredibly helpful & accommodating with our requests, going above & beyond to help out. The accommodation is super well equipped to handle a larger group in a really beautiful setting. The creaky steps up & bar brick walls offer a romantic & idyllic insight into Dublin’s past, while the bunk beds & large kitchen prove it’s versatility as a hosting space, allowing us to save some pennies by cooking in. The beds are comfortable & the bathrooms were clean & functional. The entire group individually mentioned wanting to book again if ever they return so it comes heartily recommended! & as head booker, I was incredibly relieved to have lucked out with this wonderful venue. Thanks again Kevin!

Perfect apartment for a large group. Stayed here for a Stag Do and plenty of room for 18 lads. Location is great - only
Plenty of room for a large group (door code made it easy), location is great, decent value for money, host was communicative.
Only 2 showers was a bit tricky, and the water in the upstairs shower went off a few times briefly, but not a massive issue.

The location was great. There was poor communication when we arrived in Dublin to get the door PIN code and directions but the host apologised and allowed us to have the entire apartment to compensate the delay. This service was great and definitely made up for the communication at the start.

Superb
The location was excellent, 5 minutes to O´Connell street. The apartment was very cozy. There were 18 of us and we were able to get all in the kitchen for having breakfast or dinner. The wi-fi was quite OK. Dishwasher, washer and dryer in the kitchen fully functional.
We didn´t like small holes in the wooden floor in the kitchen. We were lucky that nothing fell into them.
