Sauberkeit, Lage, Check in und Check out ganz einfach

The location is convenient, the rooms are sufficiently large, it was clean, it served the purpose, the windows can be part-opened safely so you can maintain an air-flow. Parking was not difficult (in the next street up).

* Many people have found out that the outer bell labelled "Value C.Paul" gives you access to the building without a key, including other residents of the building. So many people use that bell. The trouble is you hear that bell in the apartment. Fortunately people don't walk in and out too much at night. Still, I personally think having a key and not those rings would be better. * You need to walk through the first bedroom to reach the second. Somehow I had not noticed / seen that info before arriving. It is not great when everyone wants the freedom to get up in the night. * A suggestion: an extra wipe in the bathroom would be useful, because the base of the sink is so flat that there are often residues after usage - you want to wipe it often.

Schöne Unterkunft. Sauber und leise. Der kleine Bäcker die Straße runter ist wirklich toll für ein Frühstück. Wir hatten es sehr nett und angenehm.

Für uns war die Lage super und wir konnten vieles fußläufig erledigen und erleben. Der schlüsselfreie Zugang war sehr komfortabel. Der Gastgeber war schnell und einfach zu erreichen.

Die Betten sind nur 1,40m breit. Das erste Schlafzimmer ist ein Durchgangszimmer, um ins Zweite zu kommen. Die Matratzen sind sehr weich. Das Wasser im Badezimmer ist sehr schwach, kann nicht die Temperatur halten und in der Dusche kann die Duschbrause nicht durchgehend Wasser laufen lassen. Der Kühlschrank wird nicht richtig kalt - unsere Butter war nie ganz hart. Die Küchenausstattung ist sehr einfach. Es war nicht ganz sauber überall - Staub auf den Ablageflächen und Möbel sowie die Teppiche haben gerochen. Man muss immer einen Parkplatz suchen, da vor der Tür Bewohnerparken ist - es ist aber möglich.
