Gerne wieder. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral und somit kann alles leicht zu Fuß erreicht werden. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte ohne Probleme und war detailiert beschrieben. Die Unterkunft sehr sauber und gemütlich.

Es gab keine Weizengläser und die Tassen sind für die Kaffeemaschine etwas zu groß. Luxusprobleme :)

Hübsche (nicht ganz billige) Wohnung mitten in Kempten

Sehr zentrale Lage. Modern und hübsch eingerichtet. Schönes, geräumiges Bad.

Betten sind klein für 2 Personen. Man kann die Räume nicht komplett abdunkeln. Wohnung war trotz Heizung recht kalt. Im Bad war es aber okay.

Appartamento davvero bello e accogliente. Molto comodo in tutto (noi abbiamo dormito una notte ed eravamo in 4). Non è stato facilissimo trovare la chiave dell'appartamento... ma alla fine ci siamo riusciti anche grazie al prezioso aiuto del proprietario. Tutto molto bene 👍🏻

C'è una discoteca a pochi passi e, se fanno serata (noi abbiamo pernottato il sabato sera), c'è la possibilità di sentire forti frastuoni fino all'ora tarda.

Nos sentimos em casa neste belo apartamento.

O apto. é espaçoso e muito bonito. Fica no quarto andar e o acesso é facilitado por um elevador. O isolamento acústico é muito bom e isso nos ajudou a dormir muito bem. A localização permite rápido acesso a transporte público, shopping mall, mercado, cinema, etc.

As sugestões que fiz ao anfitrião em nada comprometeram a nossa satisfação. Foram elas: disponibilizar um pano de piso para o banheiro, toalha para secar louça (havia papel toalha disponível) para quem não usar a lavadora e afiar as facas.

Grundsätzlich alles schön.

Stilvolle Einrichtung, super zentrale Lage!

Leider war angegeben, dass es 2 Schlafzimmer gibt, aber es war nur ein Schlafzimmer mit 2 Doppelbetten und ein Einzelbett im offenen Wohn/Essraum.. das hätte klarer dargestellt werden können. Zusätzlich hat das eine Doppelbett so geknarrt, dass wir öfter in der Nacht alle 3 wach wurden. Vielleicht kann man da was ändern.

Klasse, nur zu empfehlen

Tolle Wohnung, mega zentral. In einer Minute ist man fußläufig im Einkaufszentrum mit allen Geschäften, die man braucht. In zwei Minuten ist man in der Stadt. Trotz allem ist es nachts ruhig und man bekommt auch immer einen Parkplatz in der Nähe, der zwar bis 19 Uhr kostenpflichtig ist, aber vertretbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und wir als Familie mit drei Kindern hatten genug Platz und es war sehr sauber und wir waren begeistert, wieviel Handtücher zur Verfügung standen. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war top. Jede Frage oder Anliegen wurde in kürzester Zeit geklärt.

Etwas mehr Küchenutensilien und einen richtigen Esstisch anstatt dem „Tresen“.

Flot og lækkert lejlighed, med god belliggenhed.

Sengene levede ikke helt om til den komfort der ellers var i lejligheden. For mange advarsels skilte på hvad man ikke måtte og hvad man kunne drages til ansvar for, en følse at man helt ikke måtte bruge tingene af frygt for at få en ekstra regning.

Ansich eine schöne gemütliche Wohnung in toller Lage lediglich am Service sollte noch gearbeitet werden!

Ansich gut Allerdings nicht zu empfehlen für Leute die geschäftlich reisen und eine Rechnung brauchen…

1. Das man extra im Voraus sagt das man die Firmen Anschrift in der rechnung braucht (über WhatsApp und Booking) das zugesichert wird und man dann trotzdem nochmal darauf verwiesen wird eine email mit der Anschrift zu senden. Daraufhin erhielt ich nach dem auschecken immer noch keine. Nachdem ich dann nochmals nachfragte stellte sich heraus das er die Rechnung an die falsche email gesendet hatte wollte es aber nicht einsehen. Daraufhin bat ich den Gastgeber mir diese so schnell wie möglich an die richtige email Adresse zu senden was ihn pampig werden lies. Nachdem ich dann ein drittes Mal nachfragen musste kam als Antwort das ich nun gar keine Rechnung erhalten werde und seitdem reagiert er weder auf Anrufe noch auf nachrichten/mails. Deshalb empfehle ich niemandem die Wohnung der geschäftlich unterwegs ist da ihr auf euren Kosten sitzen bleiben werdet. 2. im Bad sind die Steckdosen demontiert und die Kabel sinddeutlich sichtbar. 3. der Kühlschrank ist assozial laut 4. Geschirr teilweise sehr schmutzig genauso wie die Schränke!
