More than expected!

Altough is very convinient and cool to have motion light on and off, using the washroom in the middle of the night was a bit anoying ;))) but, I belive it is just me.. My husband didn’t even notice it ;)))

A modern very central city apartment with parking if a lot of traffic noise doesn’t bother you

Central location, walking distance to restaurants and shops. Very modern interior. Car spot provided in the basement carpark with direct access to apartment via lift. Two toilets, comfortable bed, we’ll equipped kitchen. Easy, prompt and friendly communication with owner.

The constant noise from traffic and people in the street below impacted our enjoyment of the apartment. It forced us to sleep with windows closed which made the apartment sticky and uncomfortable at night. Too many ’quirks’ in the apartment like a bathtub in the middle of the bedroom, at least 20 light switches that we never got the hang off, a sofa that was impossible to sit on. More practical rather than ‘luxury’ would have suited us better.

Stilvolle, perfekt ausgestattete Wohnung in Top-Innenstadtlage von Kempten

Wir haben über Silvester in der City Suite in Kempten übernachtet und waren sehr begeistert von der Wohnung! Besonders praktisch war der Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage – mit direktem Zugang per Aufzug zur Wohnung. Das Appartement ist modern, sauber und hervorragend ausgestattet. Die Küche lässt wirklich keine Wünsche offen — perfekt, wenn man auch mal selbst etwas kochen möchte. Ein besonderes Highlight waren die vielen individuell steuerbaren Lichter: Anfangs etwas ungewohnt wegen der vielen Schalter, aber sobald man den Dreh raus hat, entsteht eine richtig gemütliche und stilvolle Atmosphäre. Die Badewanne/der Jacuzzi ist natürlich auch ein Highlight. Die Lage ist top: mitten in der Innenstadt, alles bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Dadurch ist es natürlich nicht immer absolut ruhig, aber das hat uns nicht gestört — im Gegenteil, man ist mitten im Leben. Die Kommunikation mit Frau Wohllaib war tadellos, alles wurde exakt beschrieben, sodass keine Fragen offen blieben. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Man fühlt sich wie zu Hause.

Die Lage ist super, man ist praktisch mitten in der Stadt. Platz in der Tiefgarage ist sehr praktisch, sogar für große Autos. Alles ist so wie beschrieben, uns hat nichts gefehlt. Die Gastgeberin ist schnell erreichbar. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Gerne wieder!

Die Gastgeberin ist sehr engagiert, Check-in, Kontakte und Check out sind super organisiert. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß, sehr großzügig, sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr zentral gelegen. Die Lichtkonzepte sind klasse.

Leider gab es ein zwei Dinge, die der Reparatur bedurften und man muss ja heute leider öfter auf Material oder Personal warten, als man es als Gastgeberin möchte. Aber das hat die Freude an der Unterkunft für uns nicht wirklich geschmälert.
