Spacious, well maintained/equipped apartment for the whole family!

Spacious, very clean and well kept apartment for the whole family 🙌🏼

Not necessarily anything about property... We've had bit of a problem to contact the owner (was abroad) and since the cleaning crew forgot to put the key into the locker of apartment we've had to wait around 1 hour outside. That being said as soon as we managed to reach the owner he was very helpful and apologized for inconvenience. He made sure we've got the key asap. Minor thing in general but since it was late and winter time we did have to wait partially in the car and in the front of apartment which wasn't very nice, especially having hungry and cold 3 years old boy

Large hosue, nice stay ... could be better

Beautiful and spacious house situated on a hill. The living areas are very roomy, including a large living room and two bedrooms, one with a modern bathroom. The kitchen is also large with plenty of storage space. The balcony offers a lovely view of the garden. Overall, it was a pleasant stay in a quiet neighbourhood, with markets, restaurants, and shops nearby, and the town of Kempten is a charming place to walk around. There is a smart TV, decent Wi-Fi, and comfortable beds. The property features a couple of sofas, a spacious dining area, and an office setup — it was very well organised, and I appreciate that.

Overall, the stay was pleasant, however there were a few areas were the care was lacking. Although the kitchen is large, it would be wonderful to replace the broken silverware, spoons, bowls, and coffee cups with additional new ones. A toaster and microwave would be really helpful. With all the mini-jungles around, which could benefit from some attention and pruning, there are bugs everywhere in the house. The sofa has to be cleaned because it smells a little, and some of the doors and furnishings may be simply fixed. Also the approach is bit difficult with luggage, as the car must be parked uphill, and then through a narrow lane the house can be reached.

The instructions were very clear, and the apartment was easy to find. It was clean and spacious, in a quiet neighborhood, but not far from the center. Be prepared with cash to pay the tourist tax. There are two possibilities to park there: near the location, for an additional fee, or at a nearby street, for free. The apartment has very nice and restaurated objects. The bathroom is very clean and recently renovated. If you have smaller kids,be prepared that they don't reach the sink by their own.

Comfortable stay for the family of 2 little kids and a teenager :)

Cleanliness and furnishings. Beds were really comfortable thus good night sleep for everyone. Also, the bathroom/shower comes with shampoos, soaps, etc which we did not really use. But in case you forgot, you are covered. Check-in process was also really easy. Host was very clear with the instructions.

Definitely would come back, perfect for a longer stay!

The apartment is beautifully designed, it was clean, the bathroom was in TOP state. The free parking was possible on the street.

top Wohnung, toller Vermieter

Sehr netter Vermieter, hat auf Fragen immer superschnell reagiert.

Die Betten waren uns ein wenig zu weich (wir sind es gewohnt auf harten Matratzen zu liegen) Der Weg zu der Wohnung ist ein wenig beschwerlich, sind doch vom Parkplatz bis zur Wohnung etwas über 50 Stufen zu bewältigen. Leider ist der handlauf ein Bretterzaun der nicht wirklich stabil ist (denke aber dass das der Vermieter nicht beeinflussen kann) Dennoch werden wir, sollten wir wieder nach Kempten fahren und die Wohnung zu dieser Zeit frei sein, gerne wieder hier buchen

Für einen Kurztrip passabel

Wir haben ein Wochenende in Kempten verbracht. Die Ferienwohnung ist ruhig und dennoch nah zum Zentrum gelegen. Die Wohnung bietet ausreichend Platz.

Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und bietet ganz tolle Möglichkeiten für Gestaltungsideen. Leider gibt es einiges zu reparieren. Die Türklinken sind locker und den Griff von der Mischbatterie in der Badewanne hatten wir auch einmal in der Hand. Damit es warm in der Wohnung wurde, mussten wir die bereitgestellten Heizlüfter nutzen. Die Fernbedienung des TVs ging mal mehr und mal weniger (Batterie war voll). In der Küche fehlt es an Equipment, zudem ist diese auch in die Jahre gekommen. Der Whirpool hätte sauberer sein können. Wasser haben wir selber nochmal nachgefüllt, da dieser nur bis unter minimal gefüllt war. Als wir kamen lief der private Trockner noch, der furchtbar gepfiepst hat. Für den Preis haben wir leider schon bessere Unterkünfte bezogen. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ohne große Erwartungen jedoch empfehlenswert.

Preisleistung ist für die Größe der Wohnung OK

Die Größe der Räumlichkeiten , Bus fährt direkt am Klinikum in das Zentrum.

Die Wohnung ist in einem nicht gepflegten Zustand, meines Erachtens, das ist natürlich Gefühlssache. Die Wohnung war nicht sehr warm als wir kamen (05.12.25)und ab 22:00 h wurde sie durch die Nachtabsenkung etwas unangenehm . Für die Temperatur waren die Sommerbetten natürlich auch ungeeignet .

Überteuert!

Ich habe für eine Nacht €50.00 bezahlt aber für Bettwäsche und Handtücher verlangt er €25.00 Euro. Und das nach der Buchung. Ich meine es steht dass die Bettwäsche und Handtpcher gegen Aufpreis ist aber €25.00 das ist doch übertrieben und man sollte es vorher schreiben damit man vor der Buchung lesen kann. Und ausserdem gab es keine Seife und Shampo. Ich reise viel und so was habe ich selten erlebt.
