In one word: this little apartment is perfect! From the location, the dedicated underground parking spot, cleanliness, and comfort to the interaction with Alex (the owner)… I travel to Kempten every year, and this has by far been the best place I've stayed. The apartment has everything needed for an extended stay, and given the size of the place, I really liked that the bathroom is big. Despite being in the city, the apartment is quiet, and birds chirp in the morning from the backyard next door. Two of the four walls are all windows, making it a bright place with shutters that keep the sun/light out if you want to sleep in. I already mentioned parking, which is essential in that part of town—I had to leave another place less than 100 meters away, where I stayed last year, because it was impossible to find a parking spot during the week. Everything is within walking distance, including grocery stores, bakeries, restaurants, local hangouts, the train station, and the Forum, an upscale indoor mall. The check-in process was easy. Instructions were sent via text, so the owner was not required to be present, adding flexibility regarding the expected arrival.

A tisztaság, az igényesség, a felszereltség, az elhelyezkedés, csendes volt, kényelmes. Gyerekeknek is mindennel felszerelve Minden igényt kielégítő!

Ha mindenképpen kell írni ide valamit, talán egy mikrohullámú sütőnek örültem volna, de nem létszükséglet! Ettől függetlenül egy nagyon jól felszerelt lakás!

Toller Kurzurlaub mit der Familie

Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet. Die Lage ist klasse, um Kempten und das Umland zu erkunden. Der Tiefgaragenstellplatz Gold wert, um die Parkgebühren auf der Straße zu vermeiden. Für alle E-Auto-Fahrer gibt es eine öffentliche Ladestation direkt vor dem nahegelegenen Edeka.

Die Wohnung hat unsere Erwartungen mehr als übertroffen. Ist mit allem was man braucht und sehr Geschmackvoll eingerichtet.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Apartamento perfecto, muy céntrico y a un precio razonable.

El apartamento está muy céntrico en la ciudad de Kempten, a 6 minutos de la zona comercial antigua. Está como recién reformado. Todo muy cuidado y lo encontramos perfectamente limpio. El anfitrión fue muy atento y amable, ya que se ofreció a comprar un ventilador porque esos días estaba haciendo calor en la zona. Nuestro hijo estuvo jugando con juguetes que había en un cajón y leyendo cuentos, aunque no entiende todavía muy bien el alemán. El baño es perfecto, la ducha muy cómoda y además dispone de aparcamiento en el mismo edificio. Lo tiene todo para ser calificado como 10/10 (Excelente). Además el precio fue muy ajustado. Sin duda lo recomendaría a otras personas.

Nos hubiéramos quedado más tiempo.

Super Wohnung, perfekte Beschreibung, sehr schnelle Kontaktaufnahme.

Die mit vielen Bildern ausgestattete Wegbeschreibung war absolut narrensicher. Mit dieser war es mir möglich, in Rekordzeit von der Strasse direkt in die Wohnung zu kommen. Der Stellplatz in der TG war auch gut - relativ breit, und am Ende der Reihe, sprich keine Gefahr von Kratzern oder Türdellen. E-Fahrer aufgepasst - um die Ecke gibt es eine 11 kW Ladesäule mit sehr günstigen ad-hoc Preisen (44 Cent/kWh).

Das Sofabett ist groß genug für Kinder, aber nicht für Erwachsenen. Das ist an sich kein Thema, man sollte es nur im Hinterkopf behalten, falls z.B. die Kiddies ungerne ein Bett teilen.

Tolle Wohnung in Top-Lage und mit super Ausstattung

Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr schön und hell. Sie ist liebevoll eingerichtet und es ist alles da, was man benötigt. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet. Das Bett ist sehr bequem. Außerdem ist die Lage super um zu Fuß in die Innenstadt von Kempten zu laufen. Für mich war auch der zusätzliche Parkplatz ein großes Plus. Ich habe vor meinem CheckIn eine detaillierte Beschreibung mit Fotos bekommen, wie ich in die Tiefgarage und die Wohnung komme, was sehr hilfreich war. Als ich darauf aufmerksam machte, dass der Föhn kaputt ist, habe ich am nächsten Morgen direkt einen Ersatz-Föhn bekommen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Host war eh super - er war immer sofort erreichbar und hat mir weitergeholfen.

Eine saubere gepflegte Ferienwohnung, die keine Wünsche offen lässt

Es war einfach alles top! Herr Kurz ist ein unfassbar netter Gastgeber, dem es am Herzen liegt, dass sich seine Gäste wohl fühlen. Es ist alles sehr gepflegt und sauber! Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem was man benötigt. Es ist einfach an alles gedacht. Die Zubuchung vom Reisebett für unsere Tochter war auch überhaupt kein Problem. Es gibt eine Schublade mit Spielsachen (sogar mit TonieBox!). Die Lage ist perfekt. Innerhalb von paar Minuten ist man im Forum Allgäu, der Stadtpark ist 2 Minuten entfernt. Die Tiefgarage ist gut befahrbar auch mit sehr großem Auto. Und obwohl die Wohnung mitten in der Stadt liegt ist es Abends und Nachts unfassbar ruhig. Ich war einfach von vorne bis hinten begeistert und würde jederzeit dort wieder unterkommen!

Es gibt für mich nichts zu meckern!
