Location - owner sent shot video to watch, perfect. 5min. walk from Seoul Station Exit 15 for KTX / metro train to connect to other stations to visit attractions, to/from airport train (express / stop all stations) Noise level very low- peaceful. 2 bedroom facilities- opposite sides of room for own privacy, each room wall air conditioner/heater. Very safe to open all windows, with fly screens, for fresh air to enter apartment, very comfortable queen size bed, quilt, plenty of pillows, lamp shade, mobile charger. 1 room has door to close off room & other has dark glass door to close. 2 bathroom facilities- shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, toothpaste, cotton buds, hand wash, hair dryer, plenty of toilet paper & 12 Korean towels (Aust. stds hand towels, please advise owner you would like large towels), shower slippers to use. Kitchen divides the bedrooms. Kitchen facilities- coffee cups, kettle, plates, bowls, wine glasses, utensils, fridge, sponge, washing detergent to wash dishes, gloves, chopping board. Clothes washing facilities- front loader washing machine (easy to use) & drying rack with pegs, clothes washing tablets, steamer to iron clothes & spray, lots of coat hangers. Extra facilities- sewing kit, indoor & outdoor slippers, insect spray, garbage bag, vacuum cleaner, umbrellas. Security- key code given to you to enter, security camera at entrance of apartment - felt very safe day & night. Must take out own garbage -outside front door (across the road) you will see an area where others have placed rubbish/recycle bottles etc. Wifi excellent - Lotte Mart Zettaplex (large supermarket) at Seoul Station near Exit 1 / 2 - felt it was like Costco, many free food samples to try, BYO own shopping bags, bring passport for instant tax refund, some food prices reduced daily after 7.00pm (bread, pastries, chicken, seafood, etc.) Thoroughly enjoyed my 15 day stay - May 2026

Upon entering the building, there are 7 steep steps going down / up. Please just go up and down slowly- definitely needs a hand rail for safety. Might have already been done, since I have left - as the owner is excellent.

Our accommodation was excellent value for the price and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. While getting there felt a bit tricky at first after a long flight and train ride, it turned out to be very convenient, just a few minutes from the main station, making it easy to get around Seoul. Check in was simple thanks to clear instructions and a helpful video guide. The place was well-equipped with all essential amenities, and overall, we’d highly recommend staying here.

Well-equipped apartament with all the amenities you need for a week-long stay. The location is great, the accommodation is close to public transportation. You get plenty of towels and if you need anything extra, the staff is very attentive and helpful.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment and would absolutely choose it again. It truly had everything I needed. I forgot to bring a power adapter, and there were several provided, which was such a thoughtful touch. What I loved the most was the heated floor! It was a real lifesaver during winter. I’m from a tropical country and stayed in Seoul when temperatures dropped to around -10°C, yet the apartment was always warm, cozy, and comfortable. The hot shower worked perfectly with strong water pressure, which was especially nice after long days out in the cold. The apartment is also very well equipped. The kitchen had all the necessary amenities, and there was laundry, an iron, hangers, and everything else we needed during the stay. We honestly didn’t need to buy anything extra, which made the experience even more convenient. The location is another big highlight. It’s very close to Seoul Station, making it incredibly convenient to get around the city and to take the express train to Incheon Airport. There are convenience stores just a couple of minutes away, and a nearby restaurant called Cafe Gio that was absolutely delicious. A special shoutout to the owner as well—very kind, highly communicative, and always helpful whenever I had questions. The apartment is ideal for a group of friends, very comfortable, and practical. The price is also incredibly reasonable. Overall, a fantastic place to stay. Highly recommended! Will be back for sure.

The only small downside I can think of is that there are a few stairs going down to the room. However, it’s not very steep and wasn’t a big issue at all.
