Communication with Host was outstanding.
Clean comfortable and location is perfect close to station buses and shops.
Stayed a week.
Stairs a bit hard for seniors but manageable.

Air conditioning, felt safe with the lock system, cleanliness, location: very close to Seoul station, bed and pillows were hard
Very steep steps with no elevator, unconventional shower system but it did the job

The location is excellent, quiet and a stone’s throw from Seoul station, you can also walk to Namdaemun and the other markets.
Spacious rooms.
7-11 just around the corner.
Bathroom and kitchen needs an update, bathroom is small and the water has to go everywhere as the shower is attached to the sink tap.
You have to carry your luggage up one set of stairs, it was fine for us.
No AC in one of the rooms, not much ventilation in the bathroom and no full sized towels - only hand towels.

Location was excellent, beds were surprisingly comfortable, as were the pillows. The owner was very friendly and helpful and helped sort out the heating. Plenty of towels even though they were all small hand towels. Plenty of hot water for showers. We were a couple and the flat was an excellent size for us
Tv was in the main bedroom, presumably because of the odd shaped kitchen that really didn’t have room for any easy chairs. Could have been warmer and the heating system was in Korean and therefore hard to fathom. Duvets were a little on the thin side but to be fair it was really cold at the beginning of March. Whole flat was a little tired and could do with a bit of sprucing up but it was good value and as I said, well located .
