İt was clean and comfortable and very close to the Seoul station. There was a lot of cafe and restaurants around. We were pleased.
The shower was attached to the sink but it did the work anyway. There should be big towels. There is only hand towels. No elevator, the stairs are very narrow. After check-out, we couldnt keep our luggages anywhere so we left them in the station lockers.

Air conditioning, felt safe with the lock system, cleanliness, location: very close to Seoul station, bed and pillows were hard
Very steep steps with no elevator, unconventional shower system but it did the job

The location is excellent, quiet and a stone’s throw from Seoul station, you can also walk to Namdaemun and the other markets. Spacious rooms. 7-11 just around the corner.
Bathroom and kitchen needs an update, bathroom is small and the water has to go everywhere as the shower is attached to the sink tap. You have to carry your luggage up one set of stairs, it was fine for us. No AC in one of the rooms, not much ventilation in the bathroom and no full sized towels - only hand towels.
