The staff, the price

The ceiling in my unit was very low.

The hosts are very kind and extremely hospitable. Despite the extremely steep walk to the property, their kindness and the way they treated me and other guests will make me want to stay here again in the future. When I needed help with some things in my room, they would come and assist me very quickly and then will also just take out my trash for me without me offering even though I insisted that I could do it myself. They would also return with more fresh towels and water. They even took my clothes that I had drying in my room to the dryer for me without me asking. The room is very spacious as well!

Mosquitos were a bit annoying, mainly because I visited during a heatwave therefore spent a lot of time drying off without wearing a shirt in the room but thats not the accomodations fault. The owners came back to my room with 2 mosquito repellant machines without me asking though. The steep stairs is probably the only downside of the place. Be prepared to run out of breath everytime you come up unless you're really fit. They do warn you but take their warning seriously if you cannot handle excessive stairs.

The location was walking distance from the night market of Myeongdong. The rooms were spacious. There were laundry and kitchen facilities. There were two bathrooms. The host (Mr. Ko) was really nice and accommodating. He went out of his way to get us a van for our return to the airport in Incheon.

What the property did not disclose accurately was how steep the climb was to the facility. Although the property was listed as uphill, we did not realize until we arrived how difficult the "climb" was for seniors who brought along their bags. I think, it should have been disclosed that a taxi was necessary at least on arrival so it would be easier to bring our bags.
