The room was clean, comfortable and exactly as described. Navigating the OTT options was understandably a challenge however, so I recommend that you use Google Translate Lens or some other app to assist. In addition, if you're travelling from the west where we use 110v square-pronged plugs, you'll want to walk with a *round* 220v round pronged adapter. If you'd like, you can pick one up at the 7-11 on the ground floor for 8,000KRW.
I read lovely things about the host in reviews but we didn't have much cause to communicate this time as my trip was short and relatively issue-free, but I was acommodated when I missed my check-in due to being bumped from my flight, so I'm ever grateful.
All in all, a lovely experience and I definitely recommend. In fact, I plan to visit again if I can some day. Hopefully for a more extended stay where I can explore the restaurants in the area. 😊

Good place! Nice to have a washing machine in the room. However, NAVER app had me going in circles trying to find Beyond Residence. Hint- Maybe punch in ‘Simple Stay Hotel’ as that is where my taxi was waiting for me. The front of this hotel faces the back of Simple Stay.
