I will definitely stay here when I come back to Paris!

The apartment’s location is amazing! There is a grocery store right across the street, and the metro and bus stop are just in front of the building. It is within a 10-minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and close to all major tourist attractions. We explored many places on foot. The street where the apartment is located feels very peaceful, and we truly felt at home. Everything listed for the apartment was available (Washing machine, mini refrigerator, mini stove, kitchen utensils, Wi-Fi, etc.). Although the building does not have an elevator, the apartment is on the first floor, so this was not an issue at all. The wifi worked very well, the apartment was clean, and the host was very responsive. We were also very happy with our host. We entered the apartment by picking up the key from a lockbox, which was exactly what I wanted. Even though the apartment is on a busy street, the sound insulation is excellent, so there was no outside noise inside. The heaters were more than sufficient. I had brought quite thick clothes in case I felt cold at night, but I didn’t need them at all, and on some nights I even felt too warm. The apartment had everything we needed. I would definitely choose this place again and again!

I think it was simply overlooked, but there was no hand soap when we arrived, so we had to buy some from the grocery store across the street. The number of towels could be increased. There was no hand towel, and there was also no separate hair towel for the bathroom. The quality of the toilet paper could maybe be slightly improved. The pillows could also use an update. The pillow I used caused some neck pain. As for the shampoo and shower gel, they were full-size bottles like the ones we use at home, and it seems that every guest uses the same bottles. What was left for us was about half a bottle. This system felt a bit strange, so perhaps small, single-use bottles could be provided instead. Another thing I should mention is the upstairs neighbor 🙂 While the sound insulation from outside is excellent, the sound insulation between floors is quite poor. The upstairs neighbor walks very heavily, to the point that we could even tell when they entered the building just from the sound of their footsteps. However, we were usually not at home, and when we were sleeping, they were sleeping as well, so this did not cause any problem for us at all. Despite these minor drawbacks, the apartment has so many positive aspects that I can confidently say I’ve found my place in Paris!
