Hoposa Panorama

Great location, has been renovated to a nice standard. Got a good deal.

We were in a ground floor apartment 203, which was next door to the staff/delivery entrance. We were woken very early every morning by staff talking and shouting. Sounded like they were in the room with us. Wouldn’t stay again if I was in that room.

We have stayed here many times, this is the first time since the change of ownership. We were very happy and really enjoyed our stay. We really like how intimate this hotel is, lovely dining area, excellent breakfast. Our room 117 was very comfortable and cleaned every day, the new bathrooms are great. All the staff were friendly and well presented. Only one problem and that was the self check in, we arrived at 1am, it did not issue us with a key but then I noticed an envelope with my name on it on the reception desk, 2 keys in there but we could not activate them. We had to call the emergency number, the porter answered immediately and informed us he was on his way, he arrived 10 minutes later on his motorbike, he used the master key to let us into our room.

The self check in did not work 🙁

Moc hezky designově zpracovávané ubytování.

It was very clean and the outdoor area was nicely appointed. The pool was great - clean, fairly large and lounge chairs terrific. Breakfast was amazing - so much selection and very tasty.

It was poorly staffed. Often there was no one to help in the lobby or bar area. The staff that were there worked hard and did what they could, but it was clear that they were frustrated too. We had flooding problems in our 1st floor room - shower drain didn’t work so our whole bedroom flooded, and then a heavy rainstorm sent water under the front door, ceiling leaked and water dripped from the window casing, causing flooding in lounge area of the room.
