Breakfast was amazing! Loved the view from my room with the balcony The beds were comfortable and I loved the facilities like the spa and swimming pool This has been the best hotel I’ve probably stayed in out of all the hotels I’ve been to

Probably the younger crowd that was making noise

Very close to the sea and to the bus stop. Nice neighbourhood, 3 km apart from Magaluf. Good food, clean rooms, possibility of staying in the hotel if your plane is late night. Nice, frinendly and helpful staff, ready to offer you information, anytime. Nice surprise was that we arrived in the middle of the night, at about 2 PM, and because we lost our first payed dinner, they prepared two plates of food and still water, in case we were hungry. On request and extra payment, you can buy extra dinner after check-out. Restaurant staff was always smiling and mostly singing while they were working for our confort, preparing food. Very pleasant experience. They looked like working at home, making breackfast for the familly.

About the hotel there is nothing to be said in a negative way. Only problem are some of the tourists... Some of the clients, mostly the german young ones, have very rude behaviour, drinking too much, becoming drunk by noon and then, screaming all night long, till about 4 oclock in the morning... every day ... and it was already october. Staff, even if and when they try, cannot stop them. They have no respect neither for the other tourists nor for the staff.

Difficult nights because of groups of drunken revellers who do not respect others.
