It was an apt with two bedrooms and one bath. The living room had a nice balcony and so did one of the bedrooms. Very nice

Nice option for the price.
New and comfortable, good-working air conditioning, balcony. Sight-seeing options are reachable on feet. Very friendly stuff and quick responses per wats app. Clean. Coffee, tea for free.
Location itself is not the most beautiful in Athens. It spilled a bit my first impression about the city. You need to walk at least 10-15 minutes to be at the attractive suburbs. So I would not recommend it if you are travelling alone for instance or plan to hang out a lot at night.
Also the nearest breakfast option is around 10-15 minutes on feet.

Room was spacious and great value. Staff were very helpful . Very comfortable stay would definitely recommend . Enjoyed the weekend stay and walking distance from where we wanted to go !
Rooms nicely decorated and had everything needed ! Coffee, Cutlery , Hairdryer and more …. Bed was extremely comfy too. Would have loved to stay longer .
