The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Anastasia did an excellent job and helped our family have a wonderful time. The location was perfect for the shopping and restaurants but quite enough at night to recharge.

the location was ok, but the hotel staff were not so welcoming.
The blanket was not clean and it was separately located in the cupboard which was not convenient.
I chose this hotel with breakfast included but on my second day morning, they did not provide breakfast as I was planning to have it and straight to the airport which was disappointing.
Lobby sofa covers mammaa mia they should change them. looked like creepy home sofa cover or what!

From the first interaction with the staff until we left the facility our stay was nothing but bad experiences
At the beginning, the hotel would not permit us to keep our kids luggage in our room while we explored the city without a charge. So I was forced to leave them outside and watch over them while the rest of the family explored Athens.
When taking luggage to the room, no offer to help from the staff.
The room itself was small. The heat did not work. There was no shower—only a wand. The bed fell apart and the springs were broken. No shower gel in the bathroom . The breakfast in the morning looked like someone had just gone to the corner store and threw whatever they could find into a basket and threw it on the table. Nothing had flavor. The orange juice was just colored water.
The staff was more focused on the manager’s (owner’s?) Porsche than the customers.
Was just a terrible overall experience It is nicely located in central Athens.
